They only did 2 viewings in 2 months. They only asked us to put price down and people conducting the viewing didn't know anything about property's features. Disgraceful service and strongly recommend to avoid this agency.

Initally valuation was very high and unrealistic.
Sale staff kept saying they were going to come and see the house, but nobody came other than the original valuer

Absolutely first class service from Alex and the team at BFL Heswall. Alex went out of her way to spend additional time with me, ensuring I had everything I needed to pass over to my parents. Alex has since answered all our questions and always been super helpful! Would give 6 stars if I could and would recommend Alex and the BFL team (who are all lovely!) without hesitation. Thank you ????????

We had a great experience selling our home with Venmore - Allerton. The valuation and predicted sale price was accurate. We got a much higher valuation than we had originally been quoted by two other vendors. The viewings were well coordinated and a lot if interest was gathered, which led to multiple offers and us ultimately selling at a price higher than we initially expected. We would recommend them to anyone selling in the Liverpool and Merseyside area.

Lacking in empathy, very little performance feedback from online stats. Every contact appeared hurried. Damage to property whilst handling viewings
