I was interested in a property with Westcoast, but couldn't make the viewing. The agent (Jacques) kindly offered to carry out a video viewing by WhatsApp, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Although I didn't take the property, Jacques and the team were professional and courteous, a refreshing change!

Highly recommend Westcoast Properties (Patchway) to buy and/or sell property - very efficient and professional. All staff are friendly and happy to help and support with whatever query or question you have. A big thank you to Emma, who helped us secure our dream home and sell our property, all in less than 2 weeks! This is a late review but I bought a house from West Coast on Alexandra parade in December 2017. They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manage wearing his fab Christmas jumpe ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. Thank you west coast and I hope you enjoyed your team Christmas meal that day. Sorry for the late review but thank you for your help.
