2nd May 2023 (1 year ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.

Great communication, proactive viewings, a friendly, supportive team during a very difficult time for my family, Issac has been amazing handling a difficult situation prior to us agreeing a sale professionally and with a great deal of understanding towards my concerns. He knows his clients well and has shown empathy to my difficult circumstances. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough and I am hugely grateful for their support.
22nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)We predominately dealt with Shelly at the Frome branch through the process of buying and selling our house. Over the last 18 months Shelly has been pretty much the only agent in town who has bothered to keep me up to date with what was coming on the market etc. Not only did we sell through C&T but when it came to purchasing (also through them) they really worked hard to make the deal work for everyone. A very positive experience.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept updated at all times. During the sale the team helped in any way they could and provided excellent service and I consider we made the best choice in using Kingstons to sell our house.

When all other elements of my selling/buying experience were incredibly painful and longwinded, Simon was steadfastly helpful, patient and on-the-ball. We were able to have subsequent viewings of the property after our offer was accepted, and Simon was always happy to give us a call or answer our questions. Massive thanks!

It really makes a difference knowing you are looked after with any issues being resolved quickly and with obvious care for tenants with them. Although the same can be said for all members of staff I have spoken to, a special mention to Abi (or Abbie!) who I have mainly spoken to. Thank you Wrights Residential Team!
15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Tenants and landlords look no further. You will not find greater professionalism, swift communication, industry experience and teamwork anywhere in Bath. Nicola Wilkes (Lettings) and Sharon Clesham (Sales) run a very slick operation and whatever your needs (a new home to rent or letting a new or existing rental property) they will guide you through the process to complete satisfaction. I say this having been a landlord with them for many years and recently been introduced (by Nicola) to another investment opportunity. I am nothing short of amazed by the sleek communication between Sales and Lettings and myself (these ladies know more about property than anyone you’ll meet in Bath and they and their teams are a real pleasure to work with). What I want out of rental property is a great investment but ONLY if my tenants are happy. I need them well looked after and at the top of my agent’s priority list. With the Apartment Company tenants are the priority. And yet this outstanding company deliver more financially to me than any other agent we’ve used in Bath. If you don’t make money, they don’t make money so its a win-win. If you are a first-time landlord and considering a move to renting in Bath (but not sure the best way to go about this), talk to Nicola and Sharon. You won’t regret it. If I was buying a new home for myself, Sharon is the first person I’d call. One final thing…..I noticed a comment that they didn’t always call back if you made an enquiry. Well, if you are Bath’s premier property agency and everyone wants to talk to you, well, yes, you may have to wait a day or so for a reply to a speculative call. No-one wants a company whose sitting about waiting for the phone to ring, do they?! You want an agent whose out there keeping it together for people like me, like my tenants (at the height of a pandemic with vastly reduced staff). Always an impeccable service that goes beyond your expectations. Thank you Sharon and Nicola and everyone at The Apartment Company.

16th May 2024 (4 days ago)Such a fabulous lodge. Very well presented with the most comfortable bed and bed linen. We attended a wedding so it was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this beautiful Propery I just wished we could have stayed longer.
18th May 2024 (2 days ago)Overall the team at Romans met our expectations, we found a buyer. There were hiccups along the way though these were resolved, generally in a timely manner.
