6th Sep 2024 (2 days ago)Everyone at Whitehaven was very helpful and accommodating, even when I had to cancel a viewing and re-apppoint I was made to feel as if it were no trouble. Lyn was ready and waiting at the property when I arrived, she was very approachable and professional and knew everything about the property, give that woman a raise! I would definitely recommend Grisedales to anyone looking to buy property.

26th Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)When we bought our house 3 years ago we remembered Tiffins showed us another house and the person was punctual and polite. So now we are selling we called Tiffins. Arranged an appraisal for 1pm today while on lunch break. Text from Neil Emerson at 12.30 reminding us. Nobody arrived. 1.50 a phone call to say he had been stuck in another meeting. Not good enough. Phone call ended. Won't be selling this house through them or buying our next one either. Slow hand clap.
28th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

I was so impressed with the services received, the friendliness of all staff involved. Thank you all very much
20th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results. A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

17th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)Kate was amazing from start to finish advising how to present the property for pictures helping me understand paperwork processes etc. She made sure I was ok in myself also helping with my purchase. She ensured messages were relayed between myself and my buyer and kept in touch with the solicitors I feel she earned every penny selling my house.
11th Dec 2023 (8 mo. ago)Mark helped me find a buyer for my later mother's house, and I was very happy with his work from start to finish. I live in the US, so much of the communication had to happen via WhatsApp, but that went fine - Mark was always quick to respond and clear about all the details.
