6th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Unlike other agents, he is available out of hours and personally conducts the viewings. He achieved a higher than expected sale price and very sold quickly. Colin goes the extra mile, while looking after your interests.I would definitely recommend Amazing Results and would use them again in the future.

21st May 2020 (4 years ago)I recently had a virtual valuation organised, I was very impressed with the service, organised quickly and on the day Roddy was so knowledgable and helpful answering all my questions, I am now in the middle of putting house on the sales market with them. Both Roddy and Claire have been great throughout, Respond quickly and made the process so much easier. I have been very impressed how they have managed to adapt during the pandemic and still provide outstanding service

6th Feb 2024 (17 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise. After months with the other agent, the S.A team found me the perfect tenants within a couple of weeks. Delighted!

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

Tamara was very easy to deal with and provided us with sound advice regarding the presentation, value, suggested timings, and inevitably the final sale. VM&P also use some great vendors for photographs, drone footage, and the home report, all of whom were very friendly and produced outstanding work - the photos and video footage in particular were excellent and i've no doubt contributed to the quick sale. From organising the home report, photographer and arranging and carrying out all the viewings, took a lot of stress away from what is already a stressful time. Dawn always kept me up to date with everything that was happening and I could not be more happy with the service she provided me, thank you Dawn!

Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December!
