14th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

8th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Really poor. No customer service at all. We arranged to view a rental property. 2 days later the property shows ‘let agreed’. Yes the market is really busy at the moment but it doesn’t mean you should treat people like this. No one rang us back or explained why this was. Total waste of our time.
28th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.
21st Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)We have a very good experience with Dumfries Your Move. They are very professional, helpful and friendly . They kept us informed from start to finish and Chris and Nicole were a ????, all staff is really hard working trying to sell houses. We would definitely recommend a LOCAL estate agent ( we had a very bad experience with online major agency who were totally opposite).Good luck everybody ????
