6th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things

14th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

16th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.

7th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

She was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made sure to discuss new information with us as soon as she had it. I highly recommend Elaine Gray & will definitely be contacting her in the future if we decide to move again.

22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Peterkin & Kidd. Their estate agency team just helped me sell my house and Carolyn and Karin were fantastic. So friendly, professional and communicative and a pleasure to work with. On the conveyancing side, David took care of the legals for me in his usual seamless fashion. He’s very commercial, spot on with his advice and has represented me lots of times over the years (whether buying or selling) - so I always go back to him. They all work very well together as a team and and I can’t thank them all enough.

Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

2nd Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)I recently sold my flat with Mark and his team. From start to finish the service I received was excellent. Mark gave me a fair assessment of the property and market. The brochure they produced was fantastic and the whole process was managed for us, which took all the stress of selling away. Greig was great at keeping us up to date with viewings and overall we had a great experience. I would recommend and will be using again in the future. Thankyou
