24th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I want to pass on my greatest of compliments to Rick, who showed me and my mum (virtually) around a property this evening. For the past 12 months I have been driving up and down the Fylde coast looking at properties for my mum to buy. We have been through most estate agents, and what I can tell you is, Rick has been by far the best estate agent I have ever come across. He was polite, professional, didn’t rush me (given that it was 5pm) and gave me the time to properly inspect the property. County Estate Agents have been the most thorough and prepared. If awards were given out, I would be nominating your company. Rick said the director was his immediate line mananger. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to Rick and the company as a whole. I work with clients on a daily basis, and the likes of Reeds Rains, Entwhistle Green to name a few, are no comparison to the level of service we have received so far. So much so, that if the sale goes through, my parents would most likely ask you to sell their property off the back of my recommendation.

30th May 2024 (3 days ago)Discriminatory Phoned up wanting to view a property only to be informed that as one of the prospective tenants was on benefits that a guarantor was required, irrespective of any other information ie age or rental history or even type of benefit. They tar all benefits claimants with the same brush. I understand the need for a guarantor but to require one based on one single criteria is discrimination.

19th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.

My house took 8 weeks to sell so the bungalow had gone but to be fair we have now got something bigger and better
28th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)In the recent past I’ve had dealings with other agents including online agents and have been very disapointed, Unique has proved to be unique. I’ve been so surprised both as a buyer and a seller at the attention to detail, the enthusiasm and professionalism. I know that it is advisable to get quotes from 3 agents before selling but given past experience I stuck with Unique from the beginning and have not regretted it. I would advise anyone looking for value for money to look no further.

He is always available to take a call and answer any questions we have, no matter what time of the day. He is a great asset to Strettons and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell at auction.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
