2nd Jun 2024 (16 weeks ago)I read some of the reviews before deciding to go with Bedford, so we was excited to phone and arrange selling through them, James said he would email to confirm our appointment, that did not happen, Emerson arrived on the day, ensuring us we would get weekly updates, that was 4 weeks ago and since then we haven't had a phone call, text message or an email, to say we are disappointed with Bedford is an understatement. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this estate agent
14th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)I viewed a property at Harlesron which is on the rental market for £2000pm my daughter rang to arrange the viewing to be told they are only doing viewings over 1 days.... surely prospective tenants are shown around until the property is gone??!! However I rang and got an appointment. If I was the landlord, and being a landlord of several properties in the past, I would be horrified at the total lack of interest and knowledge that the young lady had. I totally understand COVID being in the housing business myself but there is certainly no excuse being told to show myself around the maze of the property and I would have expected her to know the basic like if there was a log burner, the boundary of the property, storage facilities and the amount of stables and despite her keep on saying she doesn’t know anything about horses I don’t think you need to know anything about horses but should certainly know what comes with the property. Certainly COVID does not restrict a member of staff walking the grounds showing a prospective purchaser around. I know if I was the landlord I would be totally dissatisfied with the level of service they are getting for their fee and I would certainly expect a better level of service from A prestigious company like Fine and Country! Let’s hope for the landlords sale that the property is taken by someone

I'm so glad I opted for the good state agent instead of a larger high street agent, I really felt that the 'personal touch' made a difference.

2nd Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

6th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Over-valued by the estate agent who first met us, and got the deal of selling the house, then I haven't heard much from them since, it's been someone else ringing me with updates (a little too many to be honest, especially then there's 'we're waiting to hear back from them' or similar). Once a week with all the updates would have been fine.
