29th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)So you guys list a property that is NOWHERE near where they are based and therefore can’t organise a time and day for a viewing . Been chasing them ,absolutely useless. Why list a property so far away from your offices when you’re so unable to help ???? So the owner has now lost out on a potential sale !!!!

19th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

19th Sep 2018 (6 years ago)Haart approached my property sale with a plan that worked and my house was SSTC within a few weeks. It took me 4 months to find the right house to buy and Neil held the sale together for 6 months so I didnt lose my buyer! Neil kept on top of everything and everyone I spoke to in the office was courteous and efficient. I woukd use Haart again and highly recommend them.

Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.

Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.

From the valuation which Ben dealt with to the purchase and sale which Cleo dealt with, their expertise has been second to none. This was a difficult transaction which was totally out of our control, however Cleo and team were faultless and worked above and beyond top get the outcome we all wanted. I would 100% recommend the team for there outstanding customer service and patience. Thanks again for all your hard work.

31st Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
