He was great on the viewings too. Preena kept in regular contact throughout the whole sales process and was always on the end of the phone/email if needed, responding quickly too.

1st Aug 2022 (2 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Sold our house with in 6 weeks of putting it on the market with them, super pleased fast service from start to completion would recommend to anyone for a quick and smooth sale!
