30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Beware of Booking Property Viewings with Your Move If you're considering booking a property viewing with Your Move, you might want to think twice. My experience with them left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I expressed interest, I was bombarded with calls, voicemails, and rude emails. What's worse, when I voiced my displeasure, I received even more disrespectful communication, including threats to archive my contact details. Shockingly, this behavior came from the branch manager herself. It's not only upsetting but also baffling how such unprofessionalism can exist in the real estate industry. Ultimately, this aggressive approach is driving potential buyers away, leading to a significant loss in sales for them. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with Your Move.
2nd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Sara and her team were brilliant, friendly and helpful right from the valuation. We got our house valued unsure as to if we were staying or moving until we knew the value. We told Sara this and she didn’t mind at all. Once on the market the team could not do enough to help. Offer received and then issues in the chain. Kerry was very patient with us and helped me stay sane. All the issues at the bottom of the chain (out of our hands!), we agreed everything that could go wrong, did ! Our completion date was put back 3 times; every step of the way the team were there to take my call, deal with my tears and give us the reassurance we needed. Nest really did earn their commission on our sale. Thank you seems so insignificant for all their help. I can strongly recommend this company.

19th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Property on the market for over 6 months only 4 viewings felt like they forget about selling our property. They didn't stay in contact with us and there only advice was to drop the asking price, we might have considered a lower price but they needed to generate interest through there marketing. We haven't sold our property yet and are considering our options.

29th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process. During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend. 23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

27th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Out of all the estate agents I saw The Property Fox was the best from the word go. It was excellent from the first visit to give a valuation. I’ve been in sales for years and you know when it’s a genuine company that will look after you. Highly recommend.

15th May 2023 (1 year ago)Hampsons have been on point from the first moment we met them. They've been honest,upfront, realistic and they've done everything they promised. Communication has been great and whilst there are cheaper out there, I think it's really worth the extra. Could not recommend them enough.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!
