Jacob, the portfolio manager, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and dedication. He has always been prompt in addressing any concerns or issues that have arisen, demonstrating a genuine commitment to tenant satisfaction. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to Ben at the inquiries desk, who has been equally helpful whenever I've reached out for assistance. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist have made the communication process with Park Lane Properties seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable property management company.

7th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

Chris always get back to you when he says he will and payments are always made on time. All office staff are very friendly. Great company to work along side.

22nd Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Terrible experience! I was a tenant with them until November this year (2023). I moved a month ago for work (lost it when I did), found someone to takeover my tenancy, she did the deposit before I moved out, and I am still waiting for them to give it to me. The problem is their service and treatment towards me. I’ve been talking with the main manager, Alex, the account manager, and now a third person, for weeks (at least 12 times), through the phone and mails. My friend went to the office as well. I moved to another city and I am struggling financially to get my basic needs and they don’t event care, because keep saying they will sort it “tomorrow”. Today, 22nd of Dec, I called once more and another person answered and found out that the return of my deposit wasn’t even in process and promised me to start it. If I don’t get it, I will take legal measurements. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES.
My family’s portfolio has been let and managed by V1sion for over 2 years and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to any of my friends, family, colleagues or clients! Keep up the great work!
2nd Aug 2022 (1 year ago)It was really easy to arrange a property viewing with Valor Properties. Toni was super helpful and gave us a courtesy call on the morning of the viewing. She arrived early and went above and beyond showing us around, giving us information and allowing us enough time to get a good feel for the properties we were interested in. No hard sell just really genuine and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Valor again in the future ????
