21st Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Still haven’t heard from nick or Darlyne regarding my invoice due from the 5th of April. I have been emailing, ringing and no communication and when I do speak to someone it’s always just an excuse or they will say they will sort it today. Then nothing happens. I can’t believe how unprofessional and how hard it is to communicate or pay a simple invoice that was sent weeks ago. They have the deposit from the old tenant who is paying for the clean I carried out for them. I went out my way to help them and this is what I get in return…. I want paying my money I’m owed. You have my number and email address!! Thanks Sophie

10th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Deeply frustrated with the prolonged tenancy transfer process and the unaddressed fob key malfunction. Despite three months of back-and-forth emails, my concerns were not adequately handled. Don’t recommend this to anyone.
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Rented from saints for 2 years and they were awful - impossible to get hold of and very slow at responding to urgent queries such as having a broken boiler. I don't know why they exist other than to take more money off tenants - I can't imagine anything would have been different if we had cut them out the equation dealt directly with the landlord, other than that we would have been financially better off. I've heard that some of the staff I dealt with have left the company since then but I would still advise against renting through this agent.
22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We rented a house for three years with Cavendish Residential. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly, from the salesperson who showed us round the house in the first place, to the maintenance team and the accounts team, and to the sales team who handled the sale of the property when our landlord decided to sell. We felt that everyone at Cavendish had our interests at heart as well as our landlord's - any issues with the property were dealt with promptly and in line with our needs. Would not hesitate to recommend.

- 10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. Thanks for wasting our time.

30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable service from this letting agency, especially the Nottingham branch. My experience with them was beyond disappointing. They demanded a guarantor, which I promptly provided. After completing the referencing process with the guarantor's employer, they had the audacity to inform me that I didn't pass their affordability test. Mind you, I currently reside in a property with higher rent than the one I was applying for! To add insult to injury, they went ahead and verified the employment of my guarantor without bothering to verify my income or even contacting me or my employer. And then, after wasting two weeks of my time with their incompetence, they had the nerve to inform me that the landlord backed out after accepting a holding deposit. Avoid this agency like the plague if you value your time and sanity. Go with any other letting agent, but steer clear of them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' time and efforts is appalling !

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. In Amy, we found a friend and I will forever remain grateful for all the help she has provided and I am sad to be leaving the property I was in. All the best for all of your hard work.

Maintenance team has been top notch, swiftly resolving any issues, whilst the lettings team has provided great support throughout the renting process. Highly recommend for their efficiency and helpfulness.
