If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. Thanks for wasting our time.

30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable service from this letting agency, especially the Nottingham branch. My experience with them was beyond disappointing. They demanded a guarantor, which I promptly provided. After completing the referencing process with the guarantor's employer, they had the audacity to inform me that I didn't pass their affordability test. Mind you, I currently reside in a property with higher rent than the one I was applying for! To add insult to injury, they went ahead and verified the employment of my guarantor without bothering to verify my income or even contacting me or my employer. And then, after wasting two weeks of my time with their incompetence, they had the nerve to inform me that the landlord backed out after accepting a holding deposit. Avoid this agency like the plague if you value your time and sanity. Go with any other letting agent, but steer clear of them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' time and efforts is appalling !

17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)So HPS told us that the house we rent out required renovations. And they asked us to provide a Deposit for their Contractors. Then they told us that their Contractors were too busy to do the work. But the Deposit was returned less several hundred pounds. Supposedly for an Electrician, who we had not asked for and who did not do anything. Just supplied paperwork, which we did not require. Whenever we subsequently telephoned HPS the staff responsible were always unavailable to speak with us. So we submitted a complaint following the stated HPS Complaints Procedure and never receive any response. Awful.
