Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

It wasn't the most straightforward of circumstances given the current economic climate, but Lewis showed great resilience and achieved a great end result for us including the exact kind of buyers we could have hoped for. Thanks for all your help!

13th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

2nd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)The initial meeting was very professional and we chose this above 2 others. The issues were: substantially overpricing, meaning we had to drop £70k to sell, very few views as a result in first 3 months, not being transparent about the eventual buyers position ie saying they were without a chain and had sold when in fact they had first time buyers who had not got a mortgage agreed, but we agreed a lower price on that. We did have other interested parties at that time who we would have waited for. Telling us we would get the cost of the EPC back and it never happened despite our chasing. I had to chase for progress reports. They were more interested in keeping the buyer happy than us and we paid their fee. Unimpressed!

From the very beginning, Dan was supportive and guided myself and my brother throughout the entire process. He would take time to explain next steps and what was required from us. He was always on hand to ask questions and not once made us feel silly for all of the questions we asked! Dan offered a very competitive rate compared to other estate agents and I would genuinely recommend this company to support you in buying or selling a home. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to help us through what was a difficult process.
