2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience. It should say my overall experience is very satisfying. Thanks Jack

He has been amazing from start to finish, explaining everything to us in an easy to understand and concise manner. Jack has gone above and beyond helping us with our mortgage and insurance. He has regularly checked in with us making sure we are up to date, don’t feel forgotten about and has helped us with chasing the other estate agents and solicitors to make sure we reached our deadline. We couldn’t have done it without him and couldn’t recommend him more! Our experience has been fantastic. Thank you Jack!

Incredibly professional, always reachable, supportive and understanding throughout the process. In addition we made a tidy profit on both houses. From the very beginning, through exchange and past completion Savills was always there and supportive. I would like to mention Nicky Quentel and Huw Warren who are absolutely outstanding. We were told that a decision on our offer would be made by the end of the week, and indeed it was accepted by then. Jeremy was really very good: helpful, honest, reassuring, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to be of assistance.

13th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
