5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.
23rd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)As an example of poor communication I left a voicemail for the accounts department, followed by email to the valuer which was forwarded to the accounts dept but after a week I have had no response.
14th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)The staff at Brown & Co were so friendly, from James who valued, Mark who showed viewers round, and most of all the amazing Caroline, who always responded to my emails quickly, chased up any queries I had and most of all when things were stressful, kept me calm with her positivity and humour. Brilliant estate agents, I would definitely recommend them!

4th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Dreadful service - lack of communication, lack or creativity and allowed a buyer to walk away mid sale without contacting them! Hold customers to ransom. Dont use

Michelle was excellent at chasing up the other parties when things went quiet and getting the sale pushed through. I would definitely recommend Sharman Burgess to anybody buying or selling a property.

Will not tell you when signing up - if you have to withdraw for unforseen circumstances they will charge you a withdrawal fee. They should mention this when signing up- it should be made clear. A bad experience & appalling service

From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

Fantastic photography and got property up and running to the highest standards . Great communication with in the team and the passion . Competitive and determined to do all they can to be the best . I was informed constantly which I liked . With having a bad experience with their competitors for 6 months. I was only with Lovelle for 2 weeks they got stuck in and sold my property . Wow what a fantastic team Well done ladies you are simply the best .
