1st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)We popped in just last week 'off the cuff' asking for information about a particular property. Connor Gregory was amazing! and so friendly and and explained the process and the current propertys we may be interested in, and what was currently for sale. After Conner visited our property for a valuation We felt we had made a good friend. I do hope Pittis is paying this man well, he would be a great loss to Pittis!- 2nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Great service communication and above all understanding of both landlord and tenant needs What else is required, very little Daniels service and understanding of the above is extremely helpful

Bethany was extremely professional, helpful and supportive to my Father throughout the sale process. Being elderly and having no other family on the island the support with documentation was critical to the sale completing. Thanks for making the whole selling process easy and for the additional support of going above and beyond. Well done and a big thank you.

17th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed. Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested. Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home??? Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!
23rd Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)The communication with the estate agent wasn’t the best as we found we seemed to be chasing them for an update rather than them contacting us. We eventually sold the property with them but it wasn’t the best experience.

I felt that I was receiving very personal assistance, and that my business mattered. It has not been plain sailing, but the Agency carefully managed the obstacles that arose and were able to keep the deal moving forward. There was always someone on hand either on the end of the telephone, or if I popped into the office. I am very happy to recommend Spence Willard.
