9th May 2024 (11 days ago)Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Janet was the link who kept us up to date with every step of the way, regarding viewings and ongoing progress with solicitors etc. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. Louise kept us informed of progress with the continuing chain complications. Highly recommend them.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Don't waste your time. Rented a property with them as a student and it was the worse experience. Problem after problem throughout the whole tenancy. There are better companies in Sheffield to rent from.

I was really impressed with Gary he called me at 8.30 in the morning after sending a valuation enquiry through the previous evening. Gary had been out conducted the valuation (I signed up there and then) before the other agents bothered to call. The marketing was superb and the proactive approach from Bohome secured a sale in 4 weeks with two offers to chose from. I cannot praise Gary & Sharon enough, if you want a proactive, hard working and above all caring agent then look no further.

From the first enquiry to the sale of the house Scott was available at the other end of the phone to answer any queries we had. He carried out the viewings in a professional manner and our home was sold within 6 days of being on the market. Was as stress free as moving house can be. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a first class experience with great negotiations taking place. ????
