16th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Amazing. Literally found us a buyer within 3 days. Proactive, helpful and kept in communication throughout the whole process. Wouldn't go with anyone else in Worksop as they were also great for us whilst letting out our property and renting.
6th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)I have tried to view a property with this estate agent and how they manage to sell any properties is beyond me. They took over a week for a response to my initial contact. They never arrived for the arranged viewing. No contact details out of office left when they never arrived. No explanation why they never arrived. I feel sorry for people trying to sell their home and paying thousands of pounds for their incompetence
1st Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)Of all the agents who came to value my property, Hunters spent the most time to accurately assess the condition, measure up and give me a clear explanation of the market in the area and hence value of my property. Their communication was good and they've been good throughout the process so far

10th May 2022 (2 years ago)Crapper and Haigh Swallownest were amazing from my first visit by John Francis to value my house to the girls in the office who agreed a sale in 3 days well above the asking price and kept in regular contact with me until we completed. They were always there when I needed them and always returned my calls.
1st Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Firstly I’d like to say this is my 2nd time using haybrooks at crystal peaks , i had such a smooth and easy experience buying of them the first time I decided to use the best for the sale of this house ! Rachel .... wow amazing ! I messaged her on the Saturday she came and did the pics on the Sunday and on the market the Monday ... the advertising was amazing and we had so much interest based on the fantasise marketing Rachel did .. moving on the Haley ,, what a star , she was amazing at organising all the viewing we had booked in and kept me calm when I thought it was all getting a bit crazy ! She held my hand when I needed it and kept me on track with all the 2nd viewings .. we sold in 4 days and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it with out her !! Shes such a warm and friendly person but so professional with the way she conducts herself And just puts you at ease , nothing is to much for her and I’m so grateful for everything she has done and still is doing for us ?? Thanks for everything ladies xx Rebecca

So don’t recommend at all…

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
