12th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)My husband and I have been very impressed by James's diligence, efficiency, hard work and courtesy when selling our home for us. We were very happy that the buyers also then put their trust in James for selling their home, making the process smooth, and seamless with James 'at the helm' . He was then chasing three lots of solicitors , and other parties and certainly kept us up to date and informed with what we needed to know at every stage. (whilst professionally maintaining confidentiality for the other involved parties). James made himself available to answer any emails, texts and phone calls as needed, very quickly. Other Acquire staff were also on hand to help if occasionally needed, and messages between staff were passed on seamlessly. Overall, probably the best experience we have had with different Estate agents , over the years. We hope that the excellent service that we have received is noted by management. Thank you , James. 25th May 2024 (8 days ago)Our experience from start to finish has been a disaster. from over valuing our property, to 3 times letting us down for photos videos without informing us. Giving us excuses with regards to brochures, I went in to ask for one and all they gave me was photocopies of the photos, no EPC, room no measurements no descriptions. No viewing no interest at all.Very little update, in fact Getagent gave us more feedback. We have ended our contract after 27 weeks and now are instructing another agent.
31st May 2024 (2 days ago)Excellent valuation that led to two viewings the day the property was advertised. One of those led to a bid for the asking price. Couldn't fault Wilson's for their professionalism and value for money and on our experience we would recommend them to anyone.

15th May 2024 (18 days ago)I had a superb experience with Blundells (Crystal peaks Branch). Elysia was genuinely concerned about my housing situation and worked tirelessly to help me get a place. The team facilitated numerous viewings for me and they were always on time. They were also actively involved in ensuring we settled in fine. I would always recommend them because i hold them in high esteem. A company that cares!

1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Called Blundells Lettings Chesterfield soon after a rental was listed, i was told that they are waiting for confirmation from vendor for viewing slots and will provide a slot once they get response. Called back after few days and was told all the slots are used. Such a shame! unprofessional!

9th May 2024 (24 days ago)Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Janet was the link who kept us up to date with every step of the way, regarding viewings and ongoing progress with solicitors etc. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. Louise kept us informed of progress with the continuing chain complications. Highly recommend them.

12th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have recently sold a property through New Oak Estates, and found it to be a very positive experience from the get go. Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. I would very much recommend New Oak Estates to those house hunting and selling, and if i move house again I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again
