22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend anyone to let through Blundells. They charged me a £500 reletting fee and did not re-let the property. I’ve tried contacting them several times but no one ever calls back. Only interested if they’re taking money from you!

28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did my research as to which estate agents to use as I had heard lots of horror stories, Reeds rains was one of the top rated with really good reviews so we went with them to sell our house. My husband and I had been in our house for almost 25 years so were very new to dealing with estate agents. We are so pleased that we went with Reeds rains in Rotherham and would highly recommend them to everyone. Nicola was absolutely brilliant as were the other girls in the office. Nicola gave us regular updates during the marketing and selling process and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and to offer reassurrance. If we ever needed an estate agents in future we would go straight with Reeds rains. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you Nicola and crew!

The young man, James Hodgson, who met us was on time, well dressed and very personable. During our visit he showed great maturity and offered a few usefull ideas supporting us in how we could personalise the property should we proceed further. We have made an offer, which has been accepted, and are moving forward. We have looked at many properties in our quest to satisfy our very specific requirements, and would say James was the most impressive we have met. A credit to himself and his company, Minors & Brady.
