Further, they made all of the process very transparent which really makes my experience lovely with them.- 31st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have nothing but praise for Arikson and Dammy at Acorn who sold my property quickly, and were honest, fair and knowledgeable at all times. It was a relief to work with them after originally signing with another agent who promised the world and delivered nothing. Highly Recommend.

The most important value about them is that they really understood our needs and worked towards them accordingly. Their constant search for the right property, commitment and communication helped us to find our first home as a young family. We would definitely recommend working with Salomon, that’s what we would do if we wish to purchase a property in the future. TM

Called a few times but no one calling back despite the assurance from an adviser at their office. Not even a minimum standard of customer service let alone it be any good. First impression, Not a good one. I hope that they will improve on it. Good that I am not in desperate situation to move the house. For the service I have received so far, I could give them a broken star but not a star but the problem is that I have to choose at least one star to be able to post my review

15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

They were always on hand to help, professional, very proactive and a pleasure to deal with. They are by far the best estate agents around and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
25th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
