5th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)I have been using Turners as my letting agent for more than five years, and they have performed exceptionally over this time, giving me a terrific and comprehensive service, dealing with local council, tradesmen, and arranging any work and repairs that needed doing, and of course sourcing tenants when they were needed. If you are looking for a managing agent, for a property rental, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Turners to act on your behalf in managing property for you.

After approaching Nick at Nest for some advice, I made the switch to Nest. As soon as I signed up with Nest i felt like a valued customer, if you are after attention to detail and someone to hold your hand through every step of the way Nick is your man. From listing the our property and being in the new one in 11 weeks it couldn't of gone any smoother.

And don't forget to pop in when you're passing.

They were extremely helpful in allowing us multiple visits, and at short notice with staff away on holidays. Even after the purchase they helped us with further enquiries. Highly recommend Winkworth, Leigh on sea for a friendly and stress-free agent.

Specially Ben who is very supportive, polite and sincere to his work. Very rarely you find such a nice person in the letting agencies. He always available on phone and always reachable in case of any issues (like I had in past about leakage).
