It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)My experience with Sunny Bay Letting Agency over the past two years was disappointing in several respects. Throughout my tenancy, I rarely interacted with anyone from the agency until the final week, and it was surprising to find that key arrangements and property viewings were primarily managed by the tenants themselves. Moreover, the agency often delegated tasks to tenants, including repairs, showings, key management, and contractor coordination. This led to confusion regarding key copies and access procedures, as the agency's stance on possessing key copies seemed inconsistent. For example, contractors’ access to bedrooms required leaving them open all day, even when tenants were away from the property. Maintenance concerns, such as mold in the bathroom and a broken bathtub, were brought to the agency's attention but remained unresolved. Additionally, incidents involving drunk and aggressive tenants, were reported to the agency but met with inaction. Response times for appliance repairs were slow, with a washing machine issue taking 10 days to resolve. Despite incurring additional expenses due to delays, reimbursement for laundry costs was denied. Upon vacating the property, I was unexpectedly asked to pay £105 for lightbulb replacements that I had already handled. Sunny Bay’s lack of support and action regarding tenant concerns left much to be desired. Overall, I would not recommend engaging with this agency, as they prioritise financial transactions over addressing tenant needs.

Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

Georgie was highly knowledgeable, professional and experienced and the difference compared to other high street agents was clear to see. Once on the market Susie was phenomenal - a true expert in the local area, but also in negotiation, and in skilfully acting as a liaison between all sides - she really goes above and beyond. I could not fault Petras and would recommend them to anyone.
