They each really went out of their way to make the process as smooth and easy as possible for us. We got the whole deal done in extra quick time and have achieved our aim of being in before Christmas. Well done.
11th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Cheats, liars, unprofessional! Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.- 12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)The agents at Barnard Marcus were great in helping me find my current flat. Lauren in particular was super helpful and kept me in the loop constantly throughout the bidding process and the moving in process as well! She was great and I would highly recommend the agency

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 9th May 2024 (10 days ago)I have to say for first time buyers like ourselves, Starkey and brown have been very patient with us. A small hiccup with the AIP documents, so for future buyers a mortgage promise is the same as the AIP. Amazing staff and very informative with the property your viewing. And don't feel that you've been landed with 'need to provide us with this' 'need to provide us with that'. Starkey and brown are with you to support every step of the way. Would highly recommend this agency.
28th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)What a shame they couldn’t do the job of selling my home. Didn’t response to issues I had by email or phone calls. Only wanted to show people round on Sundays and let someone use my toilet and leave a mess and dirt through my home. Would t recommend to anyone had to change to a different agent who were fantastic.
