14th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

8th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)A disappointing experience. Contacting our solcitor was difficult and they often took weeks to respond to queries. Requests for advice went unanswered and we often had no clue where we were in the purchase process. As a result, we wouldn't recommend them and won't be using them in future.- 15th Feb 2024 (8 mo. ago)We're selling our house through Hastings, so far so good - but nothing is sold until the money is in the bank....

Andrew provided us with a free valuation which was bang on the money and had our house on the market very quickly. Andrew is always quick to respond to any queries on the phone or by email no matter what time of day it is or at weekends, helping guide us through the process. On moving day they went out of their way to help with key exchanges and get us in our new home as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend Avenue Road Estate Agents! Thanks for all your help! 20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We chose James Agent to sell our property over other more established agents in our area because we felt they offered a fresh perspective, their fees are very reasonable however they don’t compromise on service. Our property sold very quickly despite the atrocious weather and going on the market on Christmas Eve Donald was professional and contact was excellent- we would highly recommend James Agent

11th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)I took my youngest son there on Saturday for his first Indian meal. The food was ok, but nothing special. It was very expensive for what we got. We paid £60.45 (plus tip). Our oder consisted of 2 poppadoms, 1 coke and 1 orange juice. I had a lamb dish and he had a chicken dish. We each had a portion of pilau rice and we had a garlic naan between us.
