The best help and advice you will ever need for renting, or buying a property. Even when, like us, living on a mountain in Wales, is no problem for them! They can use their powers to find you a house as quick as you like, have you view it just as quick and generally give an excellent service. One of their magic makers is Holly! (Not just for Christmas) but an all year round star trooper! She has made every effort she could to help us with our search. Not only did she find us a lovely house. She kept us informed on a regular basis with her knowledge and her inbred talents for matching people to places, helping them along the way in finding them what they need. DON'TBELIEVE ME! CALL THEM! 31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
