20th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely rubbish. Nobody answers the phone the whole day. I have been trying to speak to someone and it just keeps going to answerphone. It was the same last week as well.

10th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Rob was very helpful and accommodated us for a viewing in short notice. He took his time to walk us through the entire property and answered all our questions. He later took time to understand our requirements in detail and sent us additional properties for consideration. I would highly recommend Rob and Robinson Jackson Estate Agents.
2nd Sep 2024 (6 days ago)DISREPUTABLE Contacted this agent three times with no response. Office said Lizzie was dealing with the property and would get back. No reply. The property was falsely advertised as available but was no doubt "under wraps" Lizzie did not exist ( did not eventuate!) Previously this agent also undervalued my property by 80,000 compared with other market estimates

But Oliver, Louise, Molly and the team at Langford Russell went out of their way to make sure the entire process was as efficient, transparent and stress-free as possible. From my initial meeting with Oliver, through the marketing and viewing process and the delays waiting for probate to complete, to exchange and completion, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Even a minor hiccup on the agreed sale price (just a typo) was addressed quickly and courteously. Dealing with Langford Russell was a positive experience from start to finish, so thank you!

2nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't praise Eden highly enough regarding my recent sale. I have been unlucky enough to have appointed really poor solicitors who didn't respond to my calls and enquiries and at times I felt abandoned but Lisa at Eden was my saving grace. She deals with the sales progression (after sales) and she has been invaluable. Lisa has a passion for her work and she regularly goes over and above to resolve an issue. She was even emailing me whilst on holiday. Quite frankly Lisa kept me sane! On reflection, the easy part is selling your home and the hard part is ensuring it goes through in a timely manner and Lisa's dogged determination made it happen for me. If you are in two minds about which estate agent to choose, pick Eden - you wont be disappointed.
5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit.
