22nd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

Sheila listened intently, then gave honest and good advice on solutions and potential pitfalls (our timeline). Sheila stated she would come back to us and did! Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

24th May 2024 (9 days ago)We recently sold our Mortlake maisonette. Having spoken to a few estate agents in the area, we decided without hesitation to go with Phil and his team. We were immediately impressed with Phil’s energy, passion for his work and professional conduct - moving forward with Marsh and Parsons we trusted that they would find the best possible buyers for us. They did not let us down. Our sale turned into a lengthy one, through no fault of theirs. Phil and Tadas in the Barnes office steered us through some difficult waters, adjusting sails elegantly when needed and at times going far beyond the call of duty to get our transaction over the line (apologies for the mixed metaphors!) We are so grateful to Phil and Tadas for their dedication and energy. The work they do is challenging at times - the market in London can be as tricky - but if you are thinking about going with them, don’t think twice. They will work every minute of the day, with kindness, fairness and a professional manor that will get you where you need to go. I worked with Dominic Murray who was very professional, courteous and proactive throughout the sales process. My overall impression of the company is that they combine a ‘traditional style’ of interaction with customers (extremely courteous, clearly aiming for high standards) while using the latest technologies for buying/selling and transaction management. My sales context was a challenging one and I felt every support possible from Dominic along the way. My sincere thanks to him. I strongly recommend John D Wood in Richmond.

They didn't just market the house, they also worked with solicitors and other parts of the chain to clear hurdles and keep things moving all the way to completion. Ask for their advice, listen to it, and you can't go wrong.

25th May 2024 (8 days ago)My main contact was always available and called to update and tried to help us through the process. All of the agents were very accommodating and incredibly helpful. I was very pleased with the whole process and how easy they made it feel for me. They listened to our concerns and what we wanted even if some times they did not agree. But in the end we were very pleased with all of their help in selling the house.
1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Laylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
