18th May 2024 (15 days ago)Nick helped me a lot with the purchase of my first flat. I mostly knew which flat I wanted to purchase myself, but there were so many other things to complete. Nick suggested me the solicitors who had experience with flats in the same house, a mortgage broker, showed the flat to surveyors despite me arranging it very late, etc. I am very grateful for all the assistance!

They would have all the compliance issues arranged for us without us worrying. Cristiana, Perry and the team are lovely to work with and never a question go unanswered. Would highly recommend!
24th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

The whole Doyle team were highly professional and personable from our first meeting, right through our house sale process and in following up after. Their approach and deep knowledge of the local area and market put us at ease and gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property for a good price - without creating unrealistic expectations or false hope. Communication was excellent with regular updates and quick responses to any queries we had. We have now moved out of area but if the opportunity ever arose, we'd have no hesitation in commissioning Doyle's services again.
25th May 2024 (8 days ago)We sold our family home in Northfields and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dean came out and valued our property, talked us through the market and advised on pricing and marketing strategy - all of which proved to be spot on. We ultimately achieved multiple viewings and offers, with the property selling for above the asking price within 10 days of coming to market. Before the property went on sale, 4 members of the team came to do a detailed walk through, so that they could all talk knowledgeably about the property to potential buyers. Hulya managed our sale and was superb - always on hand and on top of what was going on. We had a reasonably long period to completion, as our onward move was delayed, and Hulya managed the interactions with the buyer clearly and transparently to ensure there were no issues. I couldn’t recommend Sargeants more highly. If you’re looking for an Estate Agent in Ealing, look no further - a great, professional and friendly team.

Leslie & Co did not just manage the process professionally, but they looked after us. Every step of the process was well planned, explained and communicated, so there were no shocks or surprises. After living in our home for 33 years, with little knowledge or experience in the housing market, we were smoothly navigated through the sale process in just 4 months from meeting the fantastic team. 23rd May 2024 (10 days ago)Had a bad experience with Foxtons Ealing in Feb this year. I turned up to two viewings with the Agent to find that one of the properties had already been let by another agent. The tenant was physically in the property when we turned up - very awkward. Saw a second property and was rushed into making an offer to then be told that that property had also already been let by another agent when I had viewed it. Obviously, they're not very on top of their admin. I then made an offer for a different property which was accepted, paid the deposit and months rent in advance, signed the contract was given a move in date to then be told a couple of weeks before my move-in date that the landlord had pulled out. They gave me my money back quickly and were very apologetic, at least. I ended up getting a property through a different estate agent with no issues at all. Attempting to go through Foxtons turned out to be a waste of my time. I got the impression that they rush everything from advertising properties, getting potential tenants to make offers and getting landlords to accept said offers with none of the parties being 100% happy. They were very nice people but clearly not very organised/competent.
