Selling a house from a distance is always a challenge and the team exceeded expectations in making this easy for us.

14th May 2024 (20 days ago)DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. ASK ANYBODY WHO ACTUALLY HAS, DON’T TRUST REVIEWS. They buy reviews and encourage reviews as soon as you sign the lease. However, they’re nothing but hell the second you sign that paper. No introduction to the house (just take a guess where your water stop valve is, etc, because they have no clue !) Expired carbon monoxide/fire alarms that they take a month to replace, drowning in leaks and mould without hearing a peep. Burst a pipe, house flooding with water ? Expect to be flooded out because they won’t even acknowledge you for 2 weeks. No emergency line, so get ready to pay for emergency repairs out of pocket. Maybe they’re good to buy from, who knows, but honestly they’re shady so I wouldn’t trust them. They’d probably hide information and sell you an unliveable property, since they’re more than happy renting them. Whitegates is infamous with the local contractors, just ask around and you’ll see the real Whitegates and not the image they try to project.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

Upon speaking with them, they were very knowledgeable and gave me very good advice. They were very responsive and sent me a selection of properties to look at and I arranged a viewing for a couple of them. The agent who showed me around was very pleasant and talked me through the whole process. I then placed an offer which was accepted. It took about a month before I got the keys and am very happy that I used Mason Young as I have had bad experiences with other agents in the past. 29th May 2024 (5 days ago)Flexi Agent are totally amazing and sold our house on the first day of viewings! The team are all extremely professional, work very hard and go out of their way to help you. Mark who does the valuations and photos is an absolute delight – it felt like we were welcoming a friend into our home when he came out to take the photos. Mariyah was brilliant in arranging our open day with 12 viewings and she was very considerate in contacting us around our work meetings. Julie was very reassuring and kept in touch with us throughout the open day and then worked until 8 pm on a Saturday, on a Bank Holiday weekend, to deal with all the offers and finalise the sale. Flexi Agent deliver a first class service to get their customers first class results and it’s no surprise that they are the highest achieving estate agents in the area. We highly recommend them.
