18th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I had to sell my parents property in the area and had no knowledge of the local estate agents, so looked to GetAgent for recommendations. Mitchells were top of the 3 recommended agents in the area and after using them for the sale, I can see why. They have a very good understanding of the local housing market and their valuation was spot-on. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They found an ideal buyer for the property within the first week and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From my own personal experience with Mitchells New Milton, I would not hesitate to recommend them.
9th Jan 2024 (9 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

27th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have today completed on a property in Highcliffe and, throughout the process, Winkworth estate agents were very attentive to our needs, providing a most flexible and professional service. In particular Nick, who showed us most of apartments we considered, was always timely and well informed regarding the property for sale. He provided us useful information and insights without ever being overbearing or ‘too salesy’. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help us reach the right and informed decision. All the staff at Winkworth should be proud of the service they offer and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My flat had been on the market for several months with another agent who had not managed to sell, despite having numerous viewings. Within a week of being on the market with Hive it was sold. Paul was excellent and was there throughout the process to support, make calls where necessary and ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible.
