11th Jan 2024 (9 mo. ago)After 30 years as a Buy to Let Landlord I have dealt with many Estate agents. Hearnes are simply the best. They understand what service means and how to get the job done. They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you
20th Nov 2023 (11 mo. ago)Went in to ask about buying a property Received condescending attitude from one woman then another woman came over to talk to her and totally blanked me . Seem a very rude snobbish bunch and I will take my business elsewhere
10th Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)The lettings team at Irvings have been fantastic. We moved into a rental property following a leak in our own home. The team were highly professional and caring and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay in the rental. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area!
9th Jan 2024 (9 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

26th Jul 2024 (14 weeks ago)Having been a subcontractor gas engineer for Mays Lettings since November 2019 I wanted to leave a review saying how well organised and professional the staff members are, any potential concerns we come across on our jobs are quickly rectified and clear instructions are given by the staff at Mays, also great to see invoices are paid on time. A massive well done to all ????- 22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

My flat had been on the market for several months with another agent who had not managed to sell, despite having numerous viewings. Within a week of being on the market with Hive it was sold. Paul was excellent and was there throughout the process to support, make calls where necessary and ensure the sale went as smoothly as possible. The reassurance of Hive's experience, professionalism and care was invaluable and I am so grateful.
