Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

17th Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Moved over to Reid & Roberts after having no luck selling for about 10 months and got a decent offer within a few weeks, probably coincidence but a good result. The service was a lot better and the team were very proactive, honest and kept me well informed which in this industry is rare! I would definitely use them again.

Firstly as an agent to rent out one of our properties, then as a property management company and recently as a seller. The team was always professional, responsive, and quick to deal with any issues or questions we had. Communication was clear throughout, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. When it came time to sell the property, they were equally supportive and knowledgeable. Their advice on pricing, marketing, and the sales process was excellent, and they kept us updated every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work and professionalism, the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. We really appreciated their friendly approach, reliability, and dedication over the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy property management or estate agency services.

I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.

She kept me well informed at every stage, chased things when needed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Her communication was clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’d highly recommend Abbey to anyone buying or selling a property she really goes above and beyond. Kevin

I was also impressed with the personal service, drive that Victoria shows and her attention to detail. I would highly recommend Mellor Braggins and Victoria in particular- 27th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Beresford Adams helped to sell our late grandparents property after the sale fell through a few times with another estate agent. BA were extremely professional and got straight down to business. Valuation was conducted, quickly followed by producing a brochure and added to their website. Our property received plenty of viewings, but importantly BA followed a process of ensuring only suitable people viewed (i.e. those already in a position to proceed, mortgages in principles etc). More specifically, our main interactions were with an employee named Jesse. She was outstanding. Always helpful and chased up matters when needed or asked. We encountered a few problems with our buyers (who were poor in communicating) but Jess did an exceptional job in getting updates in a timely and efficient manner. Jesse manged to help sort out house sale where other estate agents had failed previously. BA/JA also managed to attain a very fair sale price for the property. Jess was quick to reply to email correspondence. I would also say Jesse went above and beyond my expectations to achieve the sale. When Jess was out of office or on leave, other members of staff stepped in and were extremely helpful too! This ensured you alwys had a point of contact. BA were also effective in liaising with solicitors if/when matter needed resolving. I would not hesitate again in using BA for selling my property, and in particular we would request that Jesse was the lead member of staff for our property. Thank you !
12th May 2026 (12 days ago)We recently bought our dream home through Currans and could not recommend their services more highly. Our viewings and follow-up were both handled by Matthew Royle. He was able to provide detailed insights about both the properties and areas we visited, while being honest about anything he didn’t know and later following up with the info once he had a proper answer. He was kind and helpful but never pushy. Once we began the buying process, Matt’s professionalism continued: quick responses, clear relaying of information between buyer and seller, and solid advice. All while being generally lovely. He really went above and beyond - the transaction wouldn’t have happened half as smoothly or quickly without him.

23rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We bought a property that was for sale with Lawrenson Ball. From start to finish Nicky was exceptional, the service she provided was prompt and efficient and she communicated and kept us informed at every stage. We both regret not selling our property with them. The service felt personal and caring in what can be a stressful situation. Dealing with the same person/people throughout also really helped and you don’t get this service from larger estate agents. Myself and my husband would highly recommend Nicky and her extensive property experience.
19th May 2026 (5 days ago)They go the extra mile……….to keep all of your deposit! Rented a house in Saltney through this company. Filthy condition. Pre agreed cleaning and waste removal was never carried out as requested when property viewed, Dwell seemed to think by putting a paper seal on the loo seat the whole property was “professionally cleaned”. Storage cupboard under the stairs was unusable due to moisture and mess. Kitchen was dusty and top of fridge looked like a health hazard. Confirmed our premonition (during the winter months) that most of the window seals were blown and letting in cold air. This was never addressed even though repair was agreed by Dwell in September before the weather turned cold. Lasted 6 months before having to move out due to illness caused by living in this squalid place, and to top it off, this company kept the deposit, so avoid at all costs if you’re renting. We gave 6 weeks’ notice that we wanted to leave (as we refused to be contractually trapped paying rent for this substandard property). We moved out early to accommodate them and allow Sam to remarket the property (and complete my suggested repair work, although I believe this would have been ignored). The head of property has still taken all of our security deposit, so be very careful when dealing with Dwell, Chester, especially if you are renting. I would like to add some other members of their team were very friendly and helpful (Sam, Luke and the maintenance engineers). Unfortunately, the money grabbing management seem to drag this company down with their attitude towards customers (aka tenants), they seem to just view people as stupid, because they are only able to rent properties and not able to buy. Be warned this letting agent provided the DPS with a signed ‘Check In’ report, I never signed this as I moved in several weeks after renting the property. Therefore, it is highly likely that they fraudulently use your electronic signature from the contract for other documents to suit their needs to keep all your deposit.
