She is always willing to help, go the extra mile and is quick and responsive. It can be quite a stressful experience, but Olivia has ensured that it has been enjoyable and has been clear, calm and helpful the whole way. Highly recommend.

21st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, supportive, and truly went above and beyond to help us secure our new home. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and she was always understanding, helpful, and reassuring. She made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier and smoother for us. I am honestly so grateful for all her help and support. Excellent customer service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Bagshaws Residential Estate Agents to anyone looking for a professional. Thank you again for everything, we truly appreciate it.

From day one meeting Carl to the final day, picking up my keys, Rhonda, Carl, Su and Oscar have all been brilliant, thoughtful, considered, professional and above all kind. I was selling in difficult circumstances but from the outset they were superb. The quality of the photography by Vanessa and the advice from Carl about going to market meant the moment viewings started I had offers. The teams’ understanding of who they were sending, their buying position and where their respective sales were, made accepting an offer far easier and the house quickly went through to a successful sale. I have actually bought a house marketed through Bricks and Mortar too - Oscar gave a very professional show round and made sure I could look in every nook and cranny and explore all the services. Rhonda and Su went above and beyond keeping me up to date towards the end of the sale process which was, as anyone knows, is the stressful part but we completed on time and now I’m in! Many thanks again. You legends!
17th Dec 2025 (23 weeks ago)Recently sold a property with these, I honestly can’t recommend them enough . From the initial valuation right up until the day of the sale the whole team were amazing. The team kept in contact effectively and aired their opinions on proceedings and offer advice to aid with the sale. All questions I had (no matter how stupid) were answered in a friendly professional manner. All viewings on the property were booked and handled by the team and feedback was honest and delivered in a timely manner. Not once was I pressured or hassled into using any of their services but was advised of the services they offered . All the team seemed to be in the loop of the progression so was able to responded to all queries no matter the day I contacted them. 100% these guys would be my first port of call if I was to sell a property again in future.

I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service. The efficiency came from excellent use of processes and intuitive apps but this was not at the cost of being able to speak to or get answers directly from the team. I highly recommend them.

We felt our preferences were considered seriously and incorporated into the advertising and photos. We were kept informed at every stage and were extremely patient listening to our queries and answered our questions in a really helpful manner. We never once felt as if we were being told 'leave it to the professionals', but felt as if we were a whole part of the process.
