18th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Cancel viewing a property last minute. We arrived at the property on time, I called them to inform that we were already in the area and was just informed that time that the landlord had chosen already.
2nd Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Unquestionably it's 10 out of 10 for the 100% service provided by Michaela and her colleagues Karen, Gina, Paul, Lorraine and Neil. Taylor Engley easily fall into the 'A Team' category of Eastbourne Estate Agents, and from my experience of how they handled the sale of my late father's property, it was everything you would expect from a group of professionals on top of their game. I've been involved in the property business in the UK for over 50 years and have dealt with hundreds of Estate Agents far and wide. I can confidently state that Taylor Engley are up there with the very best. Well done to Michaela, who excelled on every level. She navigated the sale in a totally seamless fashion and is truly a great asset to the Taylor Engley organisation. I can only speak as I find, and for my part, the service I received was outstanding. The Taylor Engley team are worthy recipients of this praise, and Michaela in particular, as my main point of contact, put her heart and soul into looking after all of my needs, as well as providing full support to the purchaser. 4th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Richard James and the whole team at Rager & Roberts were always professional and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process. Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

Emma, Kelsey, Annie and Harry advising and updating me every step of the way from re marketing the property, viewings and securing the new tenants Cope & Co have provided me a service that is second to none. I have used them for years and they are always professional and helpful and I have recommended them several times. A thank you to Cole and Josh in the PMD team for arranging quick access so I could sort the boiler too!
12th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)I was so pleased with my experience of selling my home through Derbyshire Properties. It was listed very quickly and sold in one week for over the asking price. The agent Georgia was very proactive in engaging with my onward purchase estate agents helping me secure my next home despite 4 other offers on the table. She also kept great communication avenues open despite multiple issues with the complex sale. Georgia definitely kept the whole sale on track and for that I am very grateful !

We had a really difficult journey with our house move/purchase, and Nicola and the team could not have been more supportive throughout the many months. They were always happy to be a listening ear to any concerns (or rambles!), and help us in any way they could. They were incredible on moving day when things became extra stressful, and their support was hugely appreciated! ??

Five stars aren't nearly enough for the fantastic experience we've had from Fox and Sons, Eastbourne. When my other half and I wanted to secure a mortgage, Stephen Rogers (Branch Manager) put us in contact with their resident Mortgage Advisor, Andrew Titherly (Sequence Mortgages). As nervous first time buyers, nothing has been too much of a request for Andrew and his counsel has been greatly appreciated. We will happily recommend Andrew, with strong praise and doubtless confidence as THE mortgage advisor to work with in the area. You could go anywhere, but if you want the job done properly - Andrew is your man!
17th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)The wrong property was shown on the attached video walk through to the websites showing the property. Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.
