Calls are not returned, emails go unanswered for long periods, and when responses do come, they often fail to address the actual questions raised. There appears to be a pattern of deflecting responsibility rather than resolving issues, alongside a lack of accountability and follow-through. The overall experience has felt disorganised and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Particular mention to Kyri who I dealt with over that time and who is very courteous and professional in all aspects of his role. I would highly recommend Ariston Properties to all future clients.

Their local knowledge of Enfield Town is second to none, and it was clear they genuinely cared about finding the best outcome for me. What really stood out was their attention to detail and personal touch. They made me feel like a valued client rather than just another transaction. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they were incredibly proactive in resolving any issues that arose. 10th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I chose Havilands specifically because Get Agent told me they had most sales in my area recently. The meeting with them was kept clear and brief- no nonsense. The pricing proved to be realistic. The numbers they were getting in to see the place was good. It was clear that they want what we want ie to get a sale with as little delay or fuss as possible to take their cut and move on. they were also helpful in recommending a conveyancing solicitor with a similar view of working speedily and well.
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

The care, professionalism and understanding they brought to my move was genuinely outstanding, Shoutout to Pio too who was brilliant supporting in the final stages and I can without doubt note that every single person I dealt with from Mihomes went above and beyond in every sense. To any buyer or seller out there, do not hesitate with this team. These are the people you want handling your move. I cannot thank them enough.

His communication was seamless throughout the entire process. He not only delivered exactly what he promised but also went above and beyond our expectations. I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She listened to all of our needs and requests and did everything to make sure they were met. She was always available, even when she wasn’t on the clock, which was so reassuring as it was our first time renting with Foxtons. The move in was so smooth and all that was made possible with Sephorah’s help!
