23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality
9th May 2024 (10 days ago)We have the lovely Jenna looking after us as we just moved into our beautiful flat. Any issues we’ve had Jenna has got it sorted really quickly with the landlord and she also replies to our emails straight away. I’m really grateful for her.

Their level of service consistently went above and beyond what could have been expected. The whole team was unfailingly polite and ready to provide information throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
24th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I called on Friday to enquire about a viewing and the woman I spoke to couldn’t have been more rude. It was obvious that on that day the last thing she wanted to do was work. All she did was give me snappy responses and when she finally did mention I could go and see the house at 11:30am on Saturday, she then snapped again saying ‘well you need to complete the form I’ll send you really quick otherwise someone else will take your spot’ and then she proceeded to say that it will be a block viewing so I asked if it’s possible to perhaps arrange a private viewing as I wasn’t particularly keen on a block viewing and she hang up on me straight away?? If this is how your agents behave and speak to customers then I really wonder how you manage to sell or let anything. Wouldn’t recommend and I’d avoid any future property listings if I will see your name on it.
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Bridgfords were great, I just used them for renting a flat in chorlton. Ellie was really friendly and attentive made the whole process smooth and turned around quickly. I had a load of questions which Ellie was able to deal with and find out extra info for me I'd recommend using them

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Similar to other one star reviews they've received - this is my first ever negative review of a business, as ordinarily I'm happy to just put things down to a bad day and wouldn't want to harm a business. However, I really would warn people against this estate agency - particularly Jennie. Everyone else I dealt with was fine, but Jennie purposefully did not communicate clearly about our buyers pulling out (affecting our onward chain) and when it came to light was incredibly rude and condescending to me, including (as several other reviewers have pointed out) - shouting over me to 'Let her speak' and accusing me of being abusive before hanging up on me, when all I was trying to do was get a clear answer out of her. From reading other reviews it seems that if there are no issues, they might be an OK estate agent, but Jennie is incapable of dealing with any problems (which I can imagine happens a lot in this industry) in a professional way. If Jennie has a continued problem with believing people are being abusive toward her and 'not letting her speak', probably it's time to look at her own behaviour rather than blaming clients.
6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Best Estate Agent in Radcliffe/Bury area. Have used a few over the years and can honestly say the service is second to none. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionist on my first enquiry to the manager Myles make you feel like you're in good hands. My property sold within a few months and the communication was excellent every step of the way. Highly recommend.

(81 reviews)11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I used Pennine Kennedy for a new build conveyance last year and my experience was absolutely awful. They made a significant mistake in their memorandum of advice. Their negligence on the matter has caused me to lose almost £70k. I found that they are unresponsive when you need legal counsel the most, perhaps because of high staff turnover and because they take on too many matters. What is even more disrespectful and a wonton breach of their duty of care to clients is that I raise a complaint in January and still have not received a response. They keep stalling me. I am now taking it up with SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and lawyers. If I were doing it again, I would use a conveyancer that comes recommended by an impartial party (not real estate agents that refer work to them) and has the capacity to handle the conveyance with the care it deserves.
4th May 2024 (15 days ago)3 Hillfoot walk, Hulme bought with help of C&R property. Finally yesterday got house key. Previous landlord wasn’t left as habitable house. Most of things including boiler are broken. Carpet, door, swing even garden artificial grass was missing. I hope C&R property will take steps for resolving.

11th May 2024 (8 days ago)As a tenant Ashworth have been nothing but helpful to me and my house mate. Coming off the back of a awful experience with reeds rains Ashworth have been the complete opposite. Best thing has been the constant communication from branch.
17th May 2024 (2 days ago)Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been renting for almost 5 years in the UK and nothing has been this bad. The property was not ready for anyone to live in it - I was without hot hotter for three weeks in winter, there were fleas in the flat, heaters didn’t work. The agency didn’t do anything to help and always took way to long for basic things. Wouldn’t recommend.

(137 reviews)29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I would not recommend anyone to use this estate agency. I used them whilst at university. George Singh was difficult to deal with. He tried to hold back our deposit despite there being no reason to. Fortunately, we were able to deal with his complete lack of professionalism and got our deposit back. Since leaving University, I have rented with other estate agents, whom have been nothing but professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. This has luckily restored my confidence in renting. I can only hope that the level of professionalism has increased since I rented with George Adams.

25th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Jennie did not arrive for my viewing despite me having received a confirmation email. I didn't even receive the common courtesy of a phone call to tell me she couldn't make it. After ringing the office to let them know I received a phone call from her to apologise and let me know that she would send me a video tour of the apartment. When I asked when I could expect to receive this video I was told she wasn't sure and she would have to check her diary. This after completely wasting my time and efforts. Quite disgusting to be honest. No sense of urgency or respect. Needless to say I am yet to receive the video. I guess her diary was rather full. Either that or they are a pathetic, tin pan operation that are not fit to sell you a cardboard box, much less a house. They actually obstruct the sale of properties not encourage them. Avoid them wherever possible. I'm sure they will reply to this review and question my legitimacy and claims like they have done with other negative reviews (another great way to treat customers)

From the very start they were honest, knowledgable, with a friendly and professional attitude. We had several bumps in the road during the whole process but Locate were very helpful and encouraging, and in the end really helped us get the sale and purchase over the line. Communication was also top notch, which is a big help during a stressful time. Thank you Locate.
