Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

During all that time their service has been first class and we would thoroughly recommend them to new and existing landlords. Jackie runs the lettings part of this friendly, local estate agents. She knows all the tenants, landlords and tradesmen personally and is quick to deal with any problems that may crop up. Whenever we have needed to find new tenants Jackie has done so quickly and efficiently, ensuring that vacant periods are kept to a minimum.- 21st Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)We were very pleased to work with Sangeetha, who clearly went the extra mile by working hard on our mortgage application during her holidays. 11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

He remained impartial throughout and I genuinely thought he had our best interest at heart. His communication was superb throughout always making time for a quick call or check in during a stressful time. Couldn't recommend higher!

(And other team members who we dealt with less) were so friendly and helpful throughout our flat purchase. Informative, supportive, charismatic, and organised. We felt they were really looking after us during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you also for the little moving in gift box. A very pleasant touch to the final part of the process. Jon and Sarah.
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Chelton Brown, Northampton provided excellent service from the very beginning, from the viewing of the property right up to receiving the keys. They have a first-class team, all are professional and friendly. In fact, this is probably the very first time I have dealt with so many people at one company and each of them were outstanding in my dealings with them. I am very pleased with Chelton Brown and highly recommend them. Thank you so much Emily, Grace, Laura, Millie, Donna and Karen all of whom I interacted with at one time or the other during the process.
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Another 5 star performance from Campbells.They seem to find the right buyers for the right property that’s why we keep using them.We have bought or sold 12 properties with them over the years.They give a fair valuation with a realistic target price and their approach to marketing is a bit different to other agents but it works.Mark and the rest of the staff work hard to get the right people through the door and when the sale has been agreed they see it over the line. Always spot on.
15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Winkworth Estate Agents in Northampton highly enough. Ian Simons and the team are consummate professional, and fantastic people. Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required. When things looked like going completely wrong Ian stepped in and guided the sale home on time. Legend. Thanks, Winkworth, for all you’re help guidance and understanding.

The stuff working there in the letting department are very very rude especially the manager. We been left with no heating or hot water for 3 days and we have a child, everytime when called been told we are not the only ones and they have a lot more rented houses to take care of. Only when I told her that I will contact the council she send someone to fix it straight away. She always very rude on the phone, I am not sure how she even have a position like this. I would avoid this agency!!!

He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.
