Due to external factors, it wasn't the quickest purchase, but he kept the process running as smoothly as it could have gone given the circumstances and he went above and beyond to make up time where possible. Well established with staff that have been there over 10 years so they know my property inside out - unlike other agents with a more transient staff turnover. An excellent service and can’t thank them enough.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. A few things needed sorting after we moved in, and everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle. What really stood out was the level of responsiveness and care from Bianca throughout the process. When we needed a new sofa and mattress, both were arranged and delivered within a few hours that same afternoon, which was hugely appreciated. Bianca has been consistently proactive, responsive, and incredibly helpful, and we’ve genuinely felt very well looked after by the whole team at Dutch and Dutch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

18th May 2026 (6 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
