He is knowledgeable and personable. I also had the pleasure of working with Aisling, who successfully sold our flat. She also is fantastic to work with & goes above & beyond for her clients. I would only ever use KFH for future sales, as I believe many do not come close to the standard set by KFH. Thank you guys, always a pleasure.

24th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)MISREPRESENTATION COSTING HUNDREDS IN LEGAL FEES - Absolutely appalling experience. This is the second time I’ve tried to work with this agency, and both times the information provided in the listings has been completely misleading. • First, a studio advertised at £325k was pushed on me as £350k (apparrently the sellers would only take £350,000 but advertised it at a lower fee, fully wasting my time), with the agency claiming falsely that the space could be divided when a studio structurally can't be turned into a one bed, particularly considering how small that specific property was • Second, another property explicitly advertised as a share of freehold—confirmed multiple times by the agency, on the website listing AND on the Gov.uk title register—turned out to involve a proposed underlease, not the actual title, - NOT EVEN A LEASEHOLD - after I had already spent hundreds of pounds in legal fees to open the case as they refused to let me see the documents beforehand. This agency provided misleading information that caused unnecessary costs. Not posting in my name to protect my privacy but I would not recommend this agency to anyone and will never use them again
25th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Currently purchasing a flat in Belsize Park with this agency (we've just exchanged contracts). I've found the assigned agent to be communicative, cooperative and courteous. Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. Overall it's been a good experience, and I would gladly recommend the agency.

27th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Admin Rosie Goodall is most helpful to assist effectively and efficiently by cc me into accounts of my two relatives (who are Leaseholders of Latymer Court) as well as given her instruction to the estate office too. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

20th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.

Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. They are amazing assets to Chesterton. Searching for a suitable property to rent can be an onerous experience but Chesterton with the help of the two such exceptional professionals has made this process a delightfully pleasant experience. Very well done indeed !

16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!

It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately.
