20th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Thank you to the team at Marina & Hampshire Life Homes, especially Lisa and Maria, for assisting my wife and I to find a new home in Port Solent. Lisa took the time 12 months ago to show us property styles and then 6 months ago we identified the one we wanted (style, location & outlook). Maria supported us and both the vendor and our solicitors throughout the process, as we learnt the purchasing of both a house and a remote mooring is slightly more complex than a regular house or apartment. Angela's and Rob's knowledge of the Port Solent and living in the marina development to be invaluable.

They are readily available throughout the process, helpful, good communication and very organised but also provide a personal service. 6th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

Lisa very quickly made a couple of videos for me because I was away with work at the time. Mandy then moved to organise the paperwork and legal bits. Both ladies are prompt and extremely helpful when I raised questions and sent emails. They were head and shoulders above others I was trying to contact at the time and would be very happy to use them again for their services. Most helpful indeed. JT
2nd Jun 2024 (0 days ago)Bernard’s have kept us informed throughout and successfully had a number of viewings. Unfortunately 1st offer could not proceed due to them having insufficient funds, but luckily further offer received 2 weeks later, which we hope will proceed to a successful completion.

You also need level headed advice as and when the odd problem or two crop up - again Niki and the team do that.
