21st Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)For the second time now Fox's in Waterlooville have in autumn 2023 helped achieve a most successful sale and purchase for me. I'm so grateful to Kieran, Aaron, Mandy, Olivia and especially main contact John Leach for their professional, supportive and cheerful conduct through an at times challenging and lengthy process due to the uncertain housing market last year. Thank you all so much. They are all a credit to Fox's and to their profession. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.
13th May 2024 (20 days ago)Was interested in two different properties posted by Morris Dibben office in Hayling. First one I was messed around for the viewing, had a million calls between us and at the end changed their viewing rules and we weren’t able to view the new build property. Second property we went to view we asked to reserve and was told to apply via a form instead, which we received no answer for. After chasing them for nearly a month, asking for calls back and not receiving them we’ve just found out that the property we really wanted to reserve is gone. We were told we were unable to receive on the day even though we were the first to view… we’ve now lost the house we fell in love with due to the team’s inability to communicate, my partner seemed to get answers pretty quickly that the property was gone whereas I had to keep chasing and not getting information out of them. Clearly avoiding my calls, I just wanted to progress and was clearly not favoured by these estate agents. Would avoid.
15th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.
1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Having put house on market at what became the "wrong time"..Elliot Campbell at Havant C&W had his work cut out. Not least having to listen when I vented over two sales falling through. After second fall through Elliott was "on it" straight away and a 3rd sale came within days. This time no false starts!. He liaised with agent on my onward purchase (now at risk due to second timewaster). Pleased to say, all has come to fruition. Many thanks Elliott!!
16th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Thanks to the teams local connections we we had lots of viewings, even at a quiet time of year, which led to a quick sale agreed. Despite the usual hiccups in the conveyancing process, the team (special thanks to Simon here) helped greatly in keeping everything moving along, I know late shifts were put in and we really appreciated all the extra effort. It was our first time selling a house and we feel we were satisfied with the support provided in what can be a confusing process.

20th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)If you can help it, don't use this agency. The first week I moved in, the fridge broke and all my food went bad - when I reported this and a shower problem to one of the staff, I was told in a rude tone that "I shouldn't complain since these things happen" despite the fact that they had time to fix these issues before I moved in as no one had been living there for some time. I rented a property through them for 3 years, and throughout that time the building had leak issues, including damp, mould and others. At one point it was essentially niagra falls coming through a leak in the front room which damaged a part of the room. Throughout a year and a half, I consistently emailed/contacted about this problem. It took me threatening to not pay rent before something was done, otherwise I was essentially left to deal with it which was particularly hard through winter. There was maybe one member of staff who was genuinely helpful, but trying to get consistent contact was difficult. The other staff didn't always respond, or else ignored messages I sent. Despite being a consistent paying tenant, I was eventually kicked out as a new landlord had bought the property and clearly wanted to rent out the flats for a much higher rate, which I don't think would be worth it considering the level of damage the building has. Unprofessional, at times rude, unhelpful and don't care about your wellbeing so long as they get paid.
14th May 2024 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Darren and the team highly enough. This is the second house sale I have undertaken with them. They are readily available throughout the process, helpful, good communication and very organised but also provide a personal service. They made the whole process as simple and seamless as it could be.
17th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Jeffries & Dibbens have been absolutely fantastic in my property purchase; in particular James Brown has been a superstar and I couldn’t have wished for a harder worker. We had a long chain with some difficult characters involved, but James dealt with all situations that arose and kept me updated throughout. I also loved receiving the welcome pack - a very nice touch when I collected my keys ??

We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

6th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

They were incredibly friendly and helpful and made the process as painless as possible. We would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately 1st offer could not proceed due to them having insufficient funds, but luckily further offer received 2 weeks later, which we hope will proceed to a successful completion.- 23rd Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Rented though beals, been in house for 8 years and found out they been ringing landlord consently and trying to get us out and get new tenant that will pay 200 more a month, lucky landlord not gready and let us stay won't rent though beals ever again

Jules & James were also great with the progression, ensuring both sides were chased up constantly to apply the pressure needed to ensure the sale progressed very quickly. Thank you all for your help. We now have our new home in time for summer which we are really thankful for!

When you are selling a property you need to know what's happening all the time and Niki does that brilliantly. You also need level headed advice as and when the odd problem or two crop up - again Niki and the team do that.
