Ellie sending various documents as and when required and Jo who has been a real asset keeping me updated with the ongoing progress, liaising with all involved in the chain once the sale was agreed. Excellent professional and friendly all round, would definitely recommend using their services.

7th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Abysmal service for tennants. Still awaiting deposit to be returned 6+ weeks later. Beware of this estate agent. This estate agent do not care for tennants I was without heating and hot water for months, their excuse is the landlord opted to self maintain the property. They do not help, do not reply to emails. More alarming is I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED my DEPOSIT funds out of dispute over 1 month later. I paid rent in full on time, left the property early on 25th May, 7th July I am STILL awaiting payment. I called 4 times over a week to get a reply which then received contradictory information on if the payment is made or not. I am owed £1,171 and so far told it is authorised and takes 5 days to clear. It's been 10 business days Absolutely unacceptable. I paid 3 months in advance + deposit of £2048 + guarantor. Yet they cannot reciprocate returning funds in a timely manner. Worst experience of renting.

13th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)We have used Nest to sell and buy our first and second property and would not use anyone else. They really know what they are doing and talking about. Their valuation process is great and would make any seller confident to list with them. They are always on hand to offer advice without expecting anything back!
13th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)Although we were one of the first to contact them for a property and provided all the requested information, we learned 1 week later that they did not include us on the appointment list. ***This comment was written in response to the agency's response. I wish you would return our calls and emails this quickly. A colleague of yours called us to set up an appointment and got all our information but unfortunately did not. This shows that your candidate selection policy is not transparent.

Always available no matter how silly the question or time of day, such a wealth of knowledge and experience, the updates and communication kept me sane throughout the whole process. After nearly 5 months of being with another agent which totalled to 7 viewings we decided to change. Within a week we had 11 viewings which resulted in us selling. James was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble and together with Allison who operates from behind the scenes were always on hand to answer any questions and we would constantly be updated.
