13th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

23rd May 2024 (15 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

The following weeks saw a thoroughly professional, but friendly and helpful process from Sarah, Sue and Helen. Once we had a buyer, Helen looked after us every step of the way and we felt that we were very closely supported throughout our first move in 40 years. Thank you Hobbs Parker, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

Everyone on the team is excellent, calls are answered immediately and they are brilliant at keeping you up to date and communicating everything, I relied on Kerry to keep the communication through the chain and felt her experience kept the sale on track. We also needed adjustments to viewings for my elderly dad and the Kerry and the team were helpful, kind and thoughtful. This can be one of the most stressful experiences so you really need an experienced team like this who will care and support throughout.
