15th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)We listed our house with Savills before and our experience was terrible. Just by chance received a note from Bernard Marcus and we are so glad we changed agents. There service is 10/10 i will make sure anyone i know sells their property through these agents. Never had to chase they were on top of everything.. very helpful and very efficient we sold our hoise within 8 weeks of being registered with them.. thank you so much in particular Kelly, Sally and Imogen.
6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agency has been extremely disappointing. They proposed a property to us that had significant restrictions, which they failed to disclose. We only discovered these issues six months later through our solicitors. The agency’s customer service is appalling. Every time I called, I was told the manager was on another call and would return my call, which never happened. Their communication is minimal, with infrequent email replies merely stating that matters are being “chased.” We are now more than six months into the process with no clear timeline, no information about potential chains, and no idea what is happening. Avoid this agency at all costs!
18th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)We've put a massive amount of thought into selling our house, and I'm glad we did, because there's no doubt Sinton Andrew / Rob and his team were the right people for the job. Not only is Rob incredibly experienced and knowledgable, so is his team and this cant be said for all Northfields estate agents - and we met them all so we should know! Rob developed the right strategy for our house, exceed our expectations with the price, but primarily made sure he got it over the line when the chain wasn't quite playing along. I would recommend Sinton Andrews to anyone, and i would certainly use them again.

1st Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)David, Graham and Sharon at Bennett and Hall have been absolutely fantastic over the past 15 years. They helped me to buy, let out and sell my property in Finchley and throughout they were extremely helpful, and 100% reliable. I felt I could trust them to give me an honest response to any query I had, and I felt well supported as a landlord as well as a seller. Highly recommend this team... if only there were more out there like them!

He was exceptionally perceptive and knowledgeable about all the changes I'd made, really helpful in giving advice and lovely to talk to. I have real confidence in his judgement and will definitely go to KFH when I sell.

I could pop into the office or call her and also she would always call back asap if she could not take my call. She went out of her way to speak to other parties involved in the chain and always kept abreast of what was happening. I would just like to say a big thank you to Patricia for helping and being there for me through all the stress and strain of selling and buying a property.

7th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Gardiner is absolutely fantastic. For both Tenants and Landlords. They look out for the best interest of both. They are very helpful with recommendations for service providers. Help us with suggestions for movers, cleaners, gardeners etc. Have a request and they are happy to help. Especially Kira, she is so lovely and helpful. Love their service and will always use them.

13th Aug 2024 (26 days ago)I have been in contact with Malaz at Hamptons Ealing branch. Everything was fine until after I signed the contract and made the deposit and rent payment. The apartment I’m renting is supposed to be managed by Hamptons, as the landlord is out of the country, but I am not receiving the support I need. Malaz provided me with an email to contact Vantage Building for a move-in parking bay booking. I need to confirm this booking with the moving company to secure pricing, but despite reaching out repeatedly since Friday, 9th August, I’ve received no support in this matter . I’ve asked Malaz to assist in bridging the communication gap, but no help has been provided. I was also not informed before taking the flat that it is not managed by the concierge, which is making the move-in process difficult. Today, I spoke to Taniya, who initially seemed reassuring that I will get assistance in my matter took no action. I asked Taniya if Malaz, who was reportedly at Vantage Building, could help by obtaining a contact number for easier communication for booking move-in parking bay as I’ve received no response from concierge via email. Taniya later mentioned that Malaz said they couldn’t assist and that I should go to Vantage Building in person. However, I’m currently based in East London, and traveling to West London just for booking parking-bay is impractical. Additionally, I agreed to contribute extra money for a mattresses of my own choice and provided links to Malaz to purchase it from a specific website at a lower price. Despite this, she ignored my latest email and bought it from the site provided in my previous email at a higher price (£159 more expensive than what I asked for) and also charging me additional VIP delivery with old mattress and bed removal recycling of £100 which is not my responsibility as there is free standard shipping fee. I’ve requested a proper receipt but received only a screenshot of the order cart, not a final receipt. When I asked Saleena (initially reluctant to give her name) to connect me to a manager or complaints department, she refused and hung up on me twice. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after paying three months’ rent upfront and being flexible with the move-in date. The delays and lack of support from Hamptons have caused significant problems, including losing out on mattress sales (of £175) due to slow communication. I’m being asked to pay for a higher-priced mattress I didn’t agree to and face continued delays without resolution. I urgently need assistance, but my time is being wasted with no acknowledgment of the issues I’m facing and no support. Managing the property is Hamptons' responsibility, as the landlord is paying them for this service. However, Malaz keeps insisting that arranging things like the sofa delivery into the apartment is a big favor she's doing for me. I don’t see how this is a favor to me, especially since my tenancy hasn’t even started and I don’t have the keys yet. And my flat should be pre-furnished.

They were professional and courteous with excellent communication. Calls and emails were returned swiftly and they went above and beyond to ensure that all solicitors involved minimised/and or mitigated any delay. I want to say a huge thank you to Matt for his unwavering care, attention to detail and can-do attitude with customer service skills that are second to none. I'd also like to say thank you to the admin' team who were very responsive and professional.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

These people are what give estate agents a terrible reputation. They gave me a higher valuation than the other agents, but provided examples and logic on why it was correct and we actually got more than their estimate after our first viewings. The thing that has made them stand out (apart from getting me more money) was the communication. They use WhatsApp and calls which suits me better than just email and calls and are really responsive to all my questions. My sale so far is going very smoothly and I am getting regular proactive updates from their sales progressor which is much better than my past experience.

23rd Aug 2024 (16 days ago)We were delighted with the service received from Harry and Alice at Fine & Country Chiswick when we decided to sell our house. Having renovated extensively in the past few years, we were very pleased that Harry understood the house and got behind it from a design and function perspective. An excellent asking price was suggested and Harry secured a compelling offer in a short space of time. The house has now been sold to that buyer and we wish them every happiness living there.
5th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
3rd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)While I was looking for a rental property, Adam at Foxtons Ealing provided great service from the start. With other agents, I’d met them at the property and had to make my way there on foot. Adam lined up 3 properties to view at a time that suited my schedule and went above and beyond by driving me to see them in his car. Not only was he friendly and informative, he was highly knowledgeable about the area.
