4th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

The photos were high quality and not rushed, they understand the market and know who is looking for what type of property.

I have to give the majority of the credit to Richard Peck, who pushed the process along each week and made sure the whole chain moved forward. Richard is a consummate professional. Goes without saying I would Highly recommend JF over any of the other agencies in Wilmslow when it comes to buying or selling a house.

From the very start they were honest, knowledgable, with a friendly and professional attitude. We had several bumps in the road during the whole process but Locate were very helpful and encouraging, and in the end really helped us get the sale and purchase over the line. Communication was also top notch, which is a big help during a stressful time. Thank you Locate.
