25th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)I would not recommend using this estate agent. They have consistently not performed maintenance including taking over three weeks to get anyone to fix the heating in winter. They have also failed to provide an accurate checkout report or meter readings at the end of tenancy for over a month now. I would never rent with them again.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Recently, I had a negative experience with Estate Agency 349 Woodchurch Road, Prenton, Merseyside, CH42 8PE, regarding the sale of a house. I do not recommend them due to their extreme inexperience, unfriendly demeanor, slow response times, irrelevant questioning, excessive interference, and lack of understanding regarding legal requirements. I informed them that I could provide a completion letter and proof of address of where I live currently when necessary, but they seemed unaware of these basic requirements. She was quick to respond when booking viewings, provided regular updates without us having to ask, and ultimately made the whole process as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend Cowell Norford as a transparent and efficient estate agents.

Throughout the process of selling my property they have been proactive and clear at communicating updates and explaining the next steps. They were always available to chat and answer any questions. It was a very quick turnaround from valuation to sale as the team did a really efficient job of getting the property on the market and organising the viewings - and found a buyer within a week! 14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)The worst state agent in warrington. They don't do anything to help. I have phoned them three times as I'm looking for a property to rent. They only offer 1 date for viewing and I have told them I work as a doctor and I can't leave the hospital. They are just indifferent and seem not interested . They don't wanna help you or try to find solutions. Worst experience and worst customer service ever

Our experience was a really positive one especially working with Rob Greenwood who was a complete gentleman who could not do enough to assist and help get our sale over the finish line. We will be forever g5raqteful and would recommend Leaders.
18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Belvoir sales and letting team have helped me where no one else would. They were compassionate and always kept me informed, they helped me at my lowest point in my life just after my mum passed away, I tried different letting agency’s to get a property but none of them would except me because I’m disabled, but belvoir didn’t, it’s made me feel wanted again. Now I have a beautiful 1 bed flat and looking forward to the future. Thank you Belvoir sales and lettings team.
