She arranged viewings of multiple flats, listening closely to understand my needs and constraints, even showing me flats that weren't on the original plan when she realized what I was after. Once I decided on the flat, it was already off the market! But Omolade went above and beyond, looking at several flats that were similar, sending me videos, and helping me get the offer form in that very day. She and the BTR team went above and beyond to make sure that my offer was accepted and I got a great deal. Her enthusiasm and genuine joy in showing me this development were the biggest reasons I picked it.

4th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

He was incredibly patient, always happy to answer questions (no matter how small), and took the time to explain each step clearly so I always knew what was going on. Hayden was professional, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right home rather than just rushing a sale. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated regularly and never felt out of the loop. Thanks to his support and guidance, what could have been a stressful experience turned into an exciting and smooth journey. I couldn’t recommend Hayden enough, especially for anyone buying their first home.

18th May 2026 (17 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
