11th May 2023 (1 year ago)We have recently found a property to rent via Jackson Stops and the service we have received from Simon Roberts has been second to none, Simon is very professional and engaging. From the first meet, to the handling of paperwork, the process has been effortless and stress free, We have both struggled with estate agents in the past and dreaded the whole process, however Simon has been amazing and completely changed our perception, he carried out the whole process from start to finish in a professional, highly knowledgeable manner with nothing ever being too much to ask. Simon had vast knowledgeable on the property we were viewing and knew the local area very well. We thought that all of the marketing from Jackson Stops had been prepared to a very high standard and much better than anything else we had seen produced other agents. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions, we felt we had the perfect amount of time to view the house, think about the property & even go back for a second viewing without the worry of it being snatched away, Simon gave us the reassurance we needed. Every telephone call was answered by the team in the office, every message has been passed on and every phone call has been returned without fail, Simon kept us informed throughout the process answering our questions and queries efficiently and accurately. Would highly recommend Jackson Stops, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon Roberts Harley & Paul.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

Once the sale was agreed, Colin was relentless in chasing all parties to make sure we hit the target dates for exchange and completion. We were very impressed with his prompt communication and overall management of the whole process. We would highly recommend Annafield based on our experience.

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home. Thank you Mike and Gino from Homesale for going the extra mile for us, and supporting us every step of the way.
